We engaged DeBlasio Home Services to clean our gutters. Blake arrived punctually and went straight to work. He spent quite a bit of time ensuring that all debris was removed from both the gutters and downspouts and confirmed that they were functioning properly. Blake explained that most of the debris in the gutters and downspouts was pine needles from a neighbor’s tree and that we will probably need this service annually. If we wished to avoid annual gutter cleanings, Blake suggested that we could install gutter guards and he provided a reasonable estimate for that service. I’d like to emphasize that while he offered this additional service, it wasn’t a coercive or obnoxious upsell. Overall, we were very happy with Blake’s work, will use him again in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone requiring gutter maintenance services.

Blake and his crew did an excellent job sealing our roof here at the brewery. We were having multiple instances of rainwater leaking inside (during heavy rainfall days) and Blake got up there, diagnosed the issue, came up with a plan and sealed everything off like a champ. Since his re-seal, we have not had issues with leaks and we're so appreciative.

Blake and his team are the kindest and best at their craft. Not only was Blake incredibly kind and communicative, he went above and beyond what we initially asked of him. We hired him to clean our gutters, but he stayed later than he had planned to resolve a separate issue we were having with one of our downspouts.
